BDWRekordings.com Music Submission Agreement This agreement describes the legal relationship between you (an individual artist, or, in the case where you are involved with a band, an individual acting as the legal representative of your band) and BDWRekordings.com (refered to us "we" or "us"). By submitting any Song/Track to BDWRekordings.com, its successors, assigns, agents, distributors and licensees, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following agreement: 1. License Grant. You hereby grant to us, and by the act of delivering your song/track to us grant to us, an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Song/Track in whole or in part; (b) create and use samples of the Song/Track solely for the purpose of demonstrating or promoting our or your products or services; (c) use any trademarks, service marks or trade names incorporated in the Song/Track in connection with your material; and (d) use the name and likeness of any individuals represented in the Song/Track only in connection with your material. You also agree that the track will be released under the Creative Commons Deed that you select in this license agreement. 2. Ownership. You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in your songs, subject to the exclusive license granted to us under this agreement. You are free to upload the material you license to us to social networking websites and any website you own as long as you link back to BDWRekordings.com and adhere to the Creative Commons license. 3. Termination. You may terminate this license at any time by so notifying us 6 months in advance; the agreement will terminate 6 months from our actual receipt of such notice. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notification. Upon termination, all of our license rights terminate. 4. Samples and Covers. You agree that all samples contained in the Song/Track are Copyright/Royalty Free, your song/track is not a cover version and you will be held liable for copyright infringement. 5. Ad Revenue Share. You will receive a share of the ad revenue raised by the website. It will be devided equally between the "signed" artists after we have taken a 40 percent Share for Website maintainance. "Signed" artists are artists who have songs/tracks licensed to us. 6. Agreement Changes. This agreement is subject to change and a notice will be issued to you 30 days before the changes take affect. So you agree to keep us up to date with any change of contact details.
