Our tracks are also what is known as Podsafe. This means that you can use them in your podcast without having to pay us or our artists any royalties as long as you are not using them for commercial reasons. The same stands for online and offline radio stations, you can use them as long as your station isnt commercial.

The MP3 downloads have been encoded to 320Kbps

Problems Downloading?

If any of the mp3's dont download to your computer simply by clicking on it, try RIGHT clicking the "Download" link and selecting "save target as" in the drop down menu.

Some users with Quicktime player and Internet Explorer will have this problem as Quicktime plays MP3's within the browser instead of downloading it.

This issue only seems to happen with Internet Explorer as far as i'm aware, if you are using another browser and are having the same issue then use our contact page to tell us.
