Good News For Webmasters

BDWRekordings.com will now be releasing most of their tracks under the Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 UK: Scotland license.

What does this mean?

Well, all tracks remain free to download for private use, but those that come with this creative commons license give the user permission to to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work under certain conditions.

Attribution. You must attribute the works (with Link)
Non-Commercial. You may not use the works for commercial purposes.
No Derivative Works. You may not alter, transform, or build upon the works.

For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the licence terms of the works. Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.

So, if you are a webmaster you can host most of our MP3's (the ones with the license Icon above) on your own website aslong as you Attribute the works and link back to BDWRekordings.com, you can do this simply by clicking on the license icon on the MP3's page and copy the code that the license creates for you and place this code on the page that contains the link to the mp3 file on your website.
